Q. Why are some Bible chapters split into multiple MP3 files?

You may notice that certain chapters are divided into two or three separate MP3 tracks rather than one long file. This decision was made for three key reasons:

1. Audio Quality and Listening Experience: We aimed to avoid overly long songs. Keeping tracks concise ensures a more engaging and focused listening experience, preventing listener fatigue.

2. AI-Assisted Production Limits: Our music is created with AI assistance. Through our process, we discovered the "sweet spot" for song length is under **5.5 minutes**. Extending tracks beyond this duration often led to AI hallucinations, causing the music to meander aimlessly or lose its structural integrity. Keeping songs shorter ensures the highest quality and coherence.

3. Biblical Context: The Bible was not originally written with the chapter and verse divisions we use today. These divisions were added later, making the boundaries somewhat arbitrary since themes and narratives often flow continuously from one chapter into the next. Because the original text didn't enforce strict breaks, it gave us the flexibility to split chapters where necessary for length without disrupting the narrative flow.

Q. What styles are available?

Our store is working toward featuring 66 collections, which will correspond to the 66 books of the Bible. These are created in 15 distinct earthy-acoustic styles, with the exception of two electric blues styles for those who enjoy a little edgier sound. Additionally, 4 of these styles feature a female lead vocal, offering a unique sonic texture to the scriptural readings.

Q. Are these just scripture readings or actual songs?

These are musical arrangements where the unaltered biblical text is sung. The AI-assisted composition ensures a melodic structure that complements the earthy-acoustic instrumentation, delivering Bible chapters as songs rather than simple recitations.

Q. Can I purchase individual chapters or just the collections?

The intention is to sell complete books of the Bible (Genesis, John, Psalms, etc.); however, if there is demand for single chapter purchases, then we will of course consider implementing that option.

Q. Do I get a license to use these tracks?

1. Personal Use License (Most Common for MP3 Sales)

This is the standard for individual buyers who want to listen, meditate, or use the music privately.

Personal Use License Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the audio files for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

 

You MAY:

• Listen to the music on personal devices (phone, computer, tablet).
• Use the tracks for personal meditation, prayer, or study.
• Burn the tracks to a CD for your own personal use.
• Share the files with immediate family members within your household.

You MAY NOT:

• Use the music in any commercial project (e.g., podcasts, videos, films, advertisements) without a separate Commercial License.
• Resell, redistribute, or gift the digital files to others outside your household.
• Upload the files to streaming services (Spotify, Apple Music) or file-sharing sites.
• Claim the music as your own original composition.

2. Commercial Use License (Optional Upgrade)

Commercial Use License This license grants you the right to use the audio files in commercial projects, such as YouTube videos, podcasts, films, or presentations, subject to the following conditions:

• Scope: You may use the track in one (1) specific commercial project.
• Attribution: You must credit "[ABC-Worship]" in the project description or credits (e.g., "Music: Genesis Chapter 1 by ABC-Worship").
• Restrictions: The license does not grant the right to resell the audio file itself as a standalone product or to use the music in a way that implies endorsement by the Bible or the original text.
• Limit: This license is valid for a maximum of 10,000 views/streams. For larger distribution, please contact us for an extended license.

3. Specific Restrictions for Religious/AI Content

• AI Disclosure: As these tracks are AI-assisted, you acknowledge that the composition is a collaboration between human curation and AI generation. You agree not to misrepresent the music as a purely human-composed classical work if such distinction is material to your use.
• No Endorsement: Purchasing or using these tracks does not imply endorsement by the Bible, any specific church denomination, or the original authors of the text.
